      Profilo covert earpiece

      The Profilo covert earpiece by Phonak is the only in-ear radio receiver in the world to use a transductive wiring loop. As a result, Profilo's incoming communications are 100% interference-free.

      Unlike with conventional inductive earpieces, Profilo's loop transmits incoming radio communications at a far higher frequency than typical base-band audio frequencies. The Profilo earpiece then picks up these frequencies before transposing them down once more into the audible domain. The result? Frustrating radio interference simply becomes a thing of the past.

      Add to this technology Phonak's powerful Digital Signal Processing (DSP) chip - which applies automatic gain control, loudness limiting and soft squelch - and you have the ultimate covert radio earpiece, capable of offering professionals reliable in-ear performance time after time.
